LyoAlpha 15 -55°C / -85°C
The LyoAlfa laboratory freeze dryers are particularly suitable for research centres requiring greater freeze drying capacity. This freeze dryer comes as a console and is mounted on casters which makes it easy to install. The unit is very flexible, allowing for the simultaneous freeze drying of bottles, vials or bulk products through the connection of different manifold systems or a chamber. The equipment includes a PLC controlled unit with digital display and touch screen for the continuous monitoring of the process. LyoBeta Mini
The LyoBeta is a freeze drying unit designed for biological, pharmaceutical and food product formulation and “scale up” work, facilitating transfer technology to the R&D centres and production. It is a high performance unit with a GLP design, which allows for performing the entire freeze drying process fully automatically as well as accurately monitoring it. The LyoBeta Mini unit allows fully automatically processing of a complete freeze drying cycle according to specific profiles. The process recipes are easily edited on the touch-screen, or the LyoSuite SCADA software, and run in automatic, semiautomatic or manual modes. At any moment, the automatic mode can be switched off, held, restarted or switched over to semiautomatic or manual modes.
