NC 23B / 23S / 32S Benchtop Steam Sterilizers
This current product range has been carefully designed to cover all applications in general medical practices, dentistry, facilities for personal hygiene, beauty care, veterinary practices and stand-by use in hospitals and clinics. Instruments conform to the requirements of the EN 13060 standard for B and S Class sterilization with additional technical advantages.
Elimination of air bubbles is important and steam should reach all surfaces, so B and S units have a fractionated vacuum operation with a vacuum pump designed especially for use with steam. S models, because of the types of loads that will be sterilized, do not need such a feature and use fractionated gravity with alternating inflow and outflow of steam.
Traceability is comprehensively covered with storage and visualization of all run data using N-Smart™ control system. A large range of safety features and self-diagnostics provide full user protection.
NC 40M / 90M Laboratory Steam Sterilizers
Especially developed for the steam sterilization of liquid and culture media, the NC 40M and NC 90M are the latest developments benefitting from NÜVE’s long experience in steam sterilization. A flexible temperature probe can be placed in a liquid container to ensure that the required sterilization time only starts when the fluids themselves are at the temperature stated in the protocol.
With its 4,3’’ colourful display, N -Smart™ control system includes pre-set program for ease of use. NuveCom™ communication unit includes many advance functions for additional safety and traceability.
A dramatic reduction in cooling time to just one third of that from a conventional design is an important advantage as sterilizing fluids have a large heat capacity. A fractionated exhaust system with steam condensation prevents liquids from boiling as pressure is reduced. This feature also protects fragile products such as glassware from breaking.
Careful design provides a larger flask capacity than most steam sterilizers of similar volume for the most popular flasks.
NC 100 Vertical Steam Sterilizer
NC 100 heavy duty steam sterilizer has advanced technology for the sterilization of textiles, wrapped or packed materials, glass and liquids. The instrument of choice for operating theatres, laboratories, dentistry, biology, veterinary and agricultural departments of universities, microbiology and quality control laboratories of industries such as food.
Operators are freed up by its automatic operation, its maintenance-free vacuum pump and its instant recall 5 pre-set or 10 user-defined programs. Product safety is guaranteed by the pre-sterilization vacuum control to eliminate bubbles and post-sterilization fractionated vacuum control for sample drying. Sterilization is effected according to the EN 285 standard for large sterilizers and the instrument conforms to the Medical Devices and Pressure Equipment Directives.

NC 150/150D Horizontal Steam Sterilizers
NC 150/150D steam sterilizer is ideal for the medium size sterilization centers for the sterilization of packed or unpacked surgical and dental instruments, operation linen, glass, plastic, rubber and silicon materials.
NC 150/150D is powered by N-Smart™ control system. 7 preset programs and 12 custom made programs make the sterilization easier for the users. The traceability is the important issue for the sterilization and N-Smart™ has internal memory up to 500 last cycles for that purpose.
NuveCom™ communication unit is offered as standard for the traceability, remote access and immediate warning. The optional NuveCloser™ software allows following the sterilization cycles and keeps the records on PC.
Sterilization is effected according to the EN 285 standard for large sterilizers and the instrument conforms to the Medical Devices and Pressure Equipment Directives.
Double door version NC 150D is ideal for the sterilization centers which has separated clean and dirty sides.
NC 300/430/570/710 Horizontal Steam Sterilizers
Rugged workhorses, these large, reliable units with side loading are an ideal design for the steam sterilization of packed or unpacked surgical and dental instruments, operation linen, glass, plastic, rubber and silicon materials.
Reduced energy consumption is an important factor with an industrial grade instrument in constant use. The special vacuum pump and air-cooling system with no water requirements for cooling respond to this objective. The instruments exceed the requirements of multiple European Standards and Directives, as you would expect from NÜVE.
8 pre-set and 50 user-defined programs enable all applications to be started in an instant. Double door versions are practical for high throughput use. A large display (with second, smaller screen on double door units) shows all parameters and messages plus offers diagnostics for servicing. A built-in printer records the cycle and an optional data interface enables the operator to keep track of all conditions through NüveCloser™ software on PC.
